Swelling weeks after wisdom teeth removal! Please help!!?

So i got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed a few weeks ago and everything went fine. When I first got them out I had all the usual pain and swelling bu it went down after about a week and since then everything has been fine except for now a couple weeks later. Out of nowhere the right side of my face swelled up again, I think I have some sort of infection or dry socket. I already called the place where I got it done at but they can't see me until Monday. Now a little bit of pus is coming out of the area where my tooth was extracted and i'm a little scared. Will i be okay to wait until monday?? What should i do?!
