What do you do at the pool with your best friend?

im going to the pool with my bff and we r both girls and im and shes 12 and we need fun things to do and the pool has no water slides or diving boards so yah its simple and it goes from 1ft-5ft. any ideas? thanx! bu please actually say what YOU do!
