Period to days late with very bad cramps and light red blood?

For the last two months my period has been very light last month I was a week early and I had a light period and very bad cramps tue first day and this month it's another light period and its looks almost watery and it's a light red pinkish color or almost orange I have had unProtected sex in the past two months could I be pregnant or is some thong else wrong I took a test last month bu it came up negative
