Negligence at my son Nursery?

You might wanna file a lawsuit but that is pretty harsh, they are only doing their jobs and they'll probably get fired. Ask your son if he's alight and that, but focus your attention on your son, not the teachers. If you think it might happen again and concerned about other children's welfare, than take the pictures and go to the police or something. :)
