How can I help my alcoholic Mother?

Last Thursday she decided to have a drink after going 8 weeks without a drop. She's not always like this and the person she is when she's sober is amazing, but when she's drunk she's a nightmare! 50% o the time when she has a drink she can't stop and gets drunk all morning and all night. She won't eat anything and it is causing conflict with her boyfriend. I'm cleaning her house and cooking her food (which she won't eat) bu its not enough. I'd give anything to help her control it!
