Holy crap what do i do ?

i wrote a question similar to this the other day but now im even more worried , one of my friends has the implant and last week had sexual intercourse while on it she were sccared she were pregnant then bu she decided not to take a pregnancy test but i have just found out that last night she had sexual intercourse with her boyfriend again and she is sore and getting pains through her stomach is it possible she may be pregnant??
